WHO WE ARE
Established in 1986, Kelsey Paving Ltd. was created by Kelsey’s father. With over 50 years’ experience, Kelsey’s father passed down his knowledge and eventually the business to Kelsey. He stays involved with the business as a consultant and most importantly a mentor. Currently, the company maintains a staff of around 10 employees and can accommodate jobs of any size.
Since Kelsey Ltd. is owner operated, Kelsey is always on the worksite and available for clients and employees. Kelsey holds over 35 years of experience within the paving industry and is glad to share his experience on your next project.
